Welcome to NY Profit Algo. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nyprofitalgo.com, our digital products, TradingView indicator access, Discord community, educational materials, membership access, website content, and related services.

By visiting this website, purchasing access, starting a free trial, joining our community, or using NY Profit Algo materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase access.

NY Profit Algo is an educational trading tool and TradingView indicator designed to help users study structure, discipline, market conditions, and rule-based execution around the New York Open.

NY Profit Algo does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, brokerage services, managed account services, or personalized recommendations.

Nothing on this website, in our Discord, in our videos, in our examples, or within the indicator should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or trade any futures contract, security, commodity, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument.

Trading futures, derivatives, securities, commodities, cryptocurrency, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all traders.

You can lose some or all of your capital, and losses may exceed the amount deposited depending on the product, broker, leverage, and market conditions. The CFTC warns that no trading system can guarantee profits and that futures and options trading are typically high-risk activities.

Any examples, screenshots, trade setups, backtests, forward tests, testimonials, win rates, charts, performance references, or educational demonstrations are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. The CFTC and futures-industry disclosures emphasize that traders should fully understand futures risk before trading based on online information or market content. 

NY Profit Algo may offer access through free trial, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other membership options.

Membership may include access to:

• NY Profit Algo Pro TradingView indicator access 
• Discord community resources 
• Educational materials 
• Trade setup examples and insights 
• Updates and announcements 
• Member-only resources 
• Setup instructions 

Access levels, pricing, features, and included benefits may change at any time.

NY Profit Algo is designed for use with TradingView. To receive access, you may be required to submit your TradingView username exactly as it appears in your TradingView account.

You understand that:

• You are responsible for maintaining your own TradingView account. 
• You may need an active TradingView account to use the indicator. 
• Access may be granted through TradingView’s invite-only script process. 
• NY Profit Algo  does not control TradingView’s platform, pricing, outages, features, rules, or account requirements. 
• Indicator access may take time to activate after purchase or username submission. 

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for invite-only access to be reviewed and activated after your TradingView username is submitted.

Some access levels may include Discord community access.

By joining the Discord community, you agree to behave respectfully and responsibly. NY Profit Algo Pro may remove or restrict access for users who engage in harassment, spam, abusive language, illegal activity, solicitation, impersonation, sharing private content, or behavior that disrupts the community.

Discord access is provided as a member resource and may be changed, paused, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your email address, TradingView username, Discord username, and payment information.

You are also responsible for keeping your accounts secure. NY Profit Algo Pro is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your own login credentials, email account, TradingView account, Discord account, or payment accounts.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a membership or access option, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes, fees, or charges.

If a product is sold as a recurring membership, you authorize recurring billing according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless you cancel according to the cancellation terms provided by the payment platform.

Payment processing may be handled by GoDaddy, GoDaddy Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or another authorized third-party payment provider. NY Profit Algo Pro does not directly store full payment card information.

If NY Profit Algo offers a free trial, the trial is provided for evaluation purposes only and may be limited in time, access, or features.

Free trial terms may change at any time. NY Profit Algo Pro reserves the right to modify, pause, limit, or discontinue free trial access.

Users may not abuse free trial access by creating multiple accounts, submitting false information, attempting to bypass restrictions, or sharing access.

Due to the digital and access-based nature of NY Profit Algo, all sales may be final once access is granted.

Please review the product description, access details, disclaimers, and membership terms before purchasing.

Refunds, if any, are handled at the discretion of NY Profit Algo unless otherwise required by law.

A separate Refund Policy or No Refund Policy may apply and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, copy, distribute, or transfer access to NY Profit Algo  
• Attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, reproduce, modify, or steal the indicator, code, logic, structure, or proprietary materials 
• Share screenshots, videos, member resources, Discord content, or private materials without permission 
• Use NY Profit Algo for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes 
• Misrepresent NY Profit Algo, its performance, or its relationship to you 
• Claim guaranteed results, guaranteed profits, or risk-free trading based on NY Profit Algo Pro 
• Use the product in a way that violates TradingView, Discord, GoDaddy, payment processor, broker, exchange, or platform rules 

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, product names, indicator concepts, educational materials, written content, screenshots, videos, downloads, setup guides, and related materials are owned by NY Profit Algo or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from NY Profit Algo materials without written permission.

Purchase of access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, code, indicator logic, branding, educational materials, or business assets.

Members receive access to use the NY Profit Algo  indicator as provided. Members do not receive ownership of, access to, or permission to copy, inspect, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse engineer the underlying code or proprietary logic.

NY Profit Algo may rely on third-party platforms including TradingView, Discord, GoDaddy, payment processors, email platforms, analytics tools, and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, account issues, pricing changes, restrictions, data handling, or technical problems.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

NY Profit Algo  makes reasonable efforts to keep the website and resources available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access.

The website, store, indicator access, Discord community, and related resources may be updated, paused, modified, limited, or unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, platform changes, or business needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NY Profit Algo, its owners, developers, contributors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, financial, trading, business, or data-related losses arising from your use of the website, indicator, community, content, or related services.

This includes but is not limited to trading losses, missed profits, account losses, technology failures, broker issues, platform outages, incorrect usage, emotional trading decisions, or reliance on educational materials.

You use NY Profit Algo Pro at your own risk.

Use of NY Profit Algo does not create a broker-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, financial planning, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, or managed account relationship.

NY Profit Algo does not manage user funds, place trades on behalf of users, or provide personalized investment recommendations.

NY Profit Algo  may update products, pricing, access levels, features, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

NY Profit Algo  reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, abuse the platform, misuse the indicator, share access, attempt to copy proprietary materials, harass others, or engage in conduct that harms the brand, community, or other members.

Termination may occur without refund where permitted by law.
